"Graeco Egyptian Store'' on Pedder Street was founded by an Egyptian from Greece. After WWII, Mr G Sarafoglou, son-in-law, ran the business.
一位來自希臘的埃及人在畢打街開立了"Graeco Egyptian Store''。 二戰結束後，他的女婿，Sarafoglou先生，繼續經營業務。
1955 -
Mr Ho (Ah Kai) joined the firm and started his coffee career.
何伯 (阿佳)加入該公司，並開始了他的咖啡事業。
1984 -
Mr Ho took over the business and operated under a new name, "Olympia Graeco Egyptian Coffee".
何伯接手經營，改店名為 “奧林比亞接臣咖啡”。
2011 -
Mr Ho's children now run the business.
現在何伯的兒女繼續經營。
